slow, sleepy morning miles.
I’m frustrated that my pace seemingly continues to go backwards. I know that I’m the only one to blame…I just feel really burnt out on running right now.
six and a half weeks to the marathon and I’m nowhere close to feeling ready. every run has been a struggle, and I don’t wake up excited to get moving anymore.
maybe it’s just part of the training cycle, but I’m really looking forward to taking time off from running after all of this.
